ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of your purchase to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
If order is placed after 5pm on Fridays or on a federal holiday, please be aware that your purchase will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday or the day after the holidays.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-7pm weekdays, 11am-6pm Saturday and 12pm-5pm Sundays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time.
LATE ARRIVALS / STOLEN PACKAGES:
Unfortunately there are unexpected delays in parcel shipping times, please be aware that there is no guarantee on package arrivals as all time expectancies are merely estimates. If the package has not arrived after the 3-5 business day expectancy, please contact us as we will request compensation on your behalf by the selected shipping company. If you are purchasing in a rush please complete the purchase with ample time for shipping.
If your package has been delivered with proof of delivery and your purchase has been stolen, please be aware that unless there is insurance on your package there is nothing we can do, and no refunds will be given. If the package has insurance we will refund the purchase accordingly as well as open an investigation with the parcel company on your behalf.
